For any privacy question or request, write to privacy@odrengroup.com.
What data we process
- Account: your email address, used to sign in with a code. If you write on WhatsApp or Telegram, your phone number or Telegram ID and your profile name.
- Conversations: the messages you send the assistant and its replies, a short memory note with what helps it help you (for example your area) and the language you write in.
- Your animals: name, species, breed, age, weight, health notes and vaccinations you tell us about.
- Bookings: clinic, service, day and time, reason for the visit, the name and phone number you give the clinic, the waitlist and confirmations.
- Clinics: the public listing data, the documents uploaded to claim it, hours, services, closures, the subscription and, if connected, the calendar address with its app password, stored encrypted.
- Clinic payments: handled by Stripe; we never see or store card details.
- Technical data: the cookies needed for sign-in and language, and our providers' technical logs (for example IP addresses), used for security and operation. If you use "Near me", your location is rounded to about 100 metres and used only for that search.
We don't need data about your own health: please don't write it in the chat.
Why we process it
- To provide the service (performance of a contract): answering your messages, remembering your animals, booking visits, sending confirmations and reminders, running the clinic portal and subscriptions.
- For security and improvement (legitimate interests): preventing abuse, applying usage limits, fixing errors.
- To meet legal obligations: for example keeping clinics' billing records.
- With your consent, where the law requires it; you can withdraw it at any time.
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- The clinic you book receives your name, phone, email, animal and reason for the visit; for the visit it acts as an independent controller.
- Supabase: database, sign-in and files; data is stored in Zurich, Switzerland.
- Vercel: the site and its functions, run in Frankfurt.

How long we keep it
- Account, animals, memory and conversations: as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete it, we delete or anonymise this data within 30 days.
- Bookings: as long as the account exists; the clinic keeps visit records under its own rules.
- Guest conversations (without signing in): stay tied to the browser you use; you can ask us to delete them.
